Support for independant shops

I think there should be some more government funding for local independant shops - we are seeing more and more Tesco express and Sainsbury's local which are taking all the business away from local shops. This is especially the case when considering alcohol sales on friday/saturday nights - people tend to go to the chains.

Introduce schemes to prevent chains from moving in and taking business from local shops - we should ensure that they are not allowed to sell alcohol in the same area, and also provide additional funding to help smaller shops rebrand and refurbish their shops to make them more enticing and encourage people to come in. 

Promote spending in local businesses and prevent these chains from running independant shops out of business.
