Public toilets

We need more public toilets in the center of town - whenever I find myself needing the loo, I can never find a place to go without buying something from café's or shops. I think it would be a good idea to put a small chanrge on them but can these please accept cash and card. So many times when I have been to other cities, and use a public toilet, I find I don't have loose change and therefore can't use the facilities. Accepting both forms of payment will make it a more accessible facility for everyone. 

Everyone uses the toilet every day - we should be putting funding into something that is used by everyone and make them accessible for all people.
