Properly kept gardens

We have a lot of beautiful gardens around Arlen Hill but they're not at all well-maintained. It's our responsibility to keep these places looking great and being an enjoyable place for citizens and visitors to go. 

Providing a better space for people in the community to go and chill out - research has shown this can benefit people's mental health.
