Make the city more pedestrian and cycle friendly

At the moment, the city is not very pedestrian or cycle friendly, and this is discouraging people from walking or cycling. I propose that we make some changes to the city to make it more pedestrian and cycle friendly, such as widening pavements, installing more crossing points and cycle lanes.

This will make the city a more pleasant place to walk or cycle around, and will encourage more people to do so instead of using cars or public transport. This will help to reduce traffic congestion and air pollution.
