Lock parks at night

We should lock the park gates after 9pm.

Why the contribution is important

I live opposite a park and I am woken up nearly every night by loud, inebriated youths!

It's not really fair to limit people to the parks only during the day - homeless people use these spaces to sleep and who are we to say they shouldn't be able to
