Introduce Freecycle to Arlen Hill

Freecycle should be in Arlen Hill. It is a charity that allows anyone, not just homeless people to come and enjoy a free, hot 2 course meal. The ingredients are collected from local vendors that would normally have been thrown away. 

As more families will be struggling over the next few years we need to support them and bring people together. There needs to be an option that feels more like an event than a charity so people are not embarrased to use the service.
