Computer repair shops/training

Introduce computer and phone repair shops which hire apprentices and train them on how to do repairs. In turn, the cost of repair would be cheap and would educate more people on how to fix phones and laptops, rather than tossing them in landfill. This would also be great for helping younger people into the job market and gaining experience. 

Educate, reduce waste, gain experience.
