Set up community composting stations where people can bring their food waste to be composted.

Why the contribution is important

It will reduce the amount of food waste going to landfills, and will provide nutrient-rich compost for gardens and farms.

I think it's a good idea in theory, but are people actually going to do this? And who will maintain it?
