Clothes recycling

Global 92 million tonnes of textiles waste is created per year. We should be trying to reduce this number by having designated clothes recycling centres in the middle of town, and open council-owned stores, similar to charity shops, that sell these recycled clothes on, rather than increasing the demand for fast fashion.
