Art wall for local artists

I have seen this in other cities where a wall is designated for artists murals. They are a very easy way of promoting artists work meanwhile improving the aesthetics of the area. 

This gives artists the opportunity to share their work publically, raise important conversations in the community, and create beautiful pieces of art which will enhance the quality of life for citizens.
