Cross cultural exchange?

Could we use some of the money to fund a group of young people, across different age groups to go abroad on a cross cultural exchange? Perhaps to a less developed country in order to participate in a cross cultrual exchange and carry out some form of volunteering.

I think it'll broaden their experience and knowledge of the world and make them more aware of some of the issues in the world. Perhaps even inspire them to pursue change when they get older?

We could even make it into a competition, perhaps a writing or photography one to pick the group of young people to go abroad?

Learning about different cultures is a hugely rewarding experience, there is nothing quite like it!

And what better way to inspire the 'leaders of the future' than to highlight the issues of development and poverty to them, it might galvanise them to do something about it in the future!
