Re-use of empty office buildings
Since more and more people are working from home, there are hundreds of empty office spaces not being used in Arlen Hill. We need to utilise these spaces and turn them into home before we start developing more properties on green land.
Why the contribution is important
Not only will this prevent green space being taken up, but the cost of converting these spaces into home will likely be much cheaper. This means the council will have to spend far less but produce many more places for people to live.
