  This can be quite expensive - I think it will really help those households that don't have a lot of money to spend on adapting their house.

  Agree. So many homes are outdated with poor insulation and with the energy crisis we need to help people save money AND protect the environment. Perhaps grants should be means-tested or only available to poorer families?

  It's a good idea to provide help for people to insulate their homes, but I feel like this should be a nationwide scheme, not something that should be down to Arlen Hill council to fund.
